White on White Kitchen Tea Party ~ Perfect for a Bridal Party/Shower

Sometimes it nice to take it back to basics. no need to worry about colour clash, this divine shoot is a white on white kitchen tea party, its so fresh, clean and elegant.

I'm smitten with the heart cake, that hello naomi has made, other white rustic sweet treats she made included a vanilla bean butter cream cake, cake pops, vanilla + coconut macrons, scones, profiteroles, Belgian white chocolate rocky road, lemon glazed knot cookies, white chocolate apples and sponge rolls.

This is really inspiring for any shower/party you may have coming up, bridal or baby. The attention to detail is, where it's at if you want to do something like this at home! {i would add a stack of white powered donuts too}

Along side afternoon tea, an activity was planned, something the guest took take away with them and could enjoy after, I hadn't heard of it before but it sounds just lovey, they made "bath tea bags"

Ah but what is that exactly. well stylist romi explained "guests were given a little instruction card to make up their own mixtures of bath teas or they could follow our suggested recipes .... we had oatmeal, lavender, rose petals, goats milk powder, lemon verbena, orange peel, epsom salts and jugs of various yummy essential oils. The idea was they could mix, blend and create whatever fragrance they liked. I then heat sealed the bags and gave back to them (in the little brown heart bags you see pictured) to enjoy in their baths at home. It was a huge success!!"

What a fantastic party idea. { can buy all these ingredients online or in health shops}
